Terms of Service (ToS)

• Our Local Internet Registry (LIR) services, in collaboration with third parties like RIPE NCC, are primarily service-oriented. Once payment is made, it is considered final.
• Refunds will not be issued for service failures due to customer-related reasons. These include, but are not limited to, voluntary cancellation, non-cooperation in providing necessary information, submission of false information, or lack of required qualifications for the purchased services.
• We strongly recommend thorough communication and consultation before making a payment.

• Resources requiring periodic payments are subject to cancellation if payments are overdue. NoPKT LLC is not responsible for any loss incurred due to resource reclamation.
• In cases where upstream providers (like RIPE NCC) change certain resources from non-periodic to periodic fees, we reserve the right to modify our billing structure accordingly. We commit to communicating any such changes to our customers promptly.

• Due to potential adjustments in resource management fees by RIPE NCC and ARIN, NoPKT LLC reserves the right to adjust our LIR service fees. This includes, but is not limited to, imposing an annual fee for sponsored ASNs when RIPE NCC introduces a resource management fee for ASN, and adjusting our service fees proportionately if RIPE NCC or ARIN increases their fees by more than 30%. We commit to applying these adjustments only at the end of the current billing cycle for purchased services (with one-off fees treated as annual) and will provide advance notice to our customers.

• Customers are required to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction. NoPKT LLC is not liable for any illegal activities conducted by the customer using our services. We reserve the right to take actions including but not limited to service termination or legal claims against customers who violate laws through our services.
• Customers must ensure compliant use of the resources and services provided by NoPKT LLC. For RIPE IPv6 prefixes, please follow our RIPE IPv6 Leasing Guidelines.
• NoPKT LLC may audit Customer use of its services and reserves the right to terminate non-compliant services without refund.

• We collect only the necessary information during service provision and ensure timely deletion of non-essential data post-service. For information that needs to be retained temporarily, we will make every effort to ensure its security.
• Unintentionally disclosed customer information during service provision will not be collected or archived, and efforts will be made to erase it.
• Customers may contact us to request the deletion of their information. We will comply with such requests in accordance with applicable laws of our company’s location, the service provision location, and the customer’s location.

• We commit to cooperating with legal requests that are consistent with the laws of our company’s location, the service provision location, and the customer’s location.

• For customer who make the payment by Alipay via Stripe, he/she should also accept the the ToS of Alipay.
